Anyone who follows me knows how much I emphasize podcasts as a crucial part of franchise recruitment. With AI, it’s easier than ever to create them in-house at virtually zero cost.
If you can afford a video production team, go for it—high production value helps with attention. But if someone is already interested in your franchise, production value isn’t as important as you might think.

At Jim’s, our podcasts—The Jim’s Podcast and More Than Just Mowing—have been our best salespeople. Prospects consume them on their own time without feeling pressured.

If you're spending big on ads but not attracting the right franchise leads, you’re doing it wrong. The $1.50/Day Strategy is a smarter way to test content, attract high-quality inquiries, and fill your pipeline—without burning your budget.
👉 Step 1: Post What Buyers Want to See
Winning Content for Franchise Recruitment:
✔️ Franchisee success stories (real earnings, lifestyle benefits)
✔️ Behind-the-scenes of running a franchise (show the system, not just the brand)
✔️ "Day in the Life" of a franchisee (relatable & engaging)
✔️ Short testimonials from happy owners (social proof sells)
🚨 Rule: If a post gets 10%+ engagement (likes, comments, shares), boost it.
👉 Step 2: Boost It for $1.50/Day
✅ Only boost high-engagement posts (buyers love social proof).
✅ Run for 3-7 days, then analyze engagement.
✅ If engagement stays high, scale to $10, then $100/day.
